Manage employee attrition by tracking trends, conducting exit interviews, and coordinating full and final settlements while supporting retention strategies.
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
23 years of experience in HR operations, with a strong preference for a manufacturing or factory environment.
Solid knowledge of labor laws, ESI/PF, and factory compliance.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS tools.
