Executive HR/IR

We're seeking a dedicated Executive HR/IR to manage essential human resources and industrial relations functions within our factory setup. This role ensures smooth HR operations from recruitment to employee engagement and compliance.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end factory recruitment up to manager level and manage the smooth onboarding and induction of all newly joined employees.

  • Maintain accurate and compliant employee files, overseeing leave, time, attendance, and payroll administration to ensure precision and timeliness.

  • Ensure strict adherence to all labor laws, HR policies, and factory regulations, extending compliance oversight to the contractor workforce.

  • Drive employee engagement initiatives and welfare activities, while effectively handling grievances to foster a positive and productive work environment.

  • Manage employee attrition by tracking trends, conducting exit interviews, and coordinating full and final settlements while supporting retention strategies.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 23 years of experience in HR operations, with a strong preference for a manufacturing or factory environment.

  • Solid knowledge of labor laws, ESI/PF, and factory compliance.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS tools.
