Champion and implement the company's digitalization and automation strategy, including evaluating emerging Industry 4.0 trends and driving enterprise-wide development programs.
Establish and enforce robust IT and Data Security governance policies, overseeing regular environment reviews and implementing advanced security applications to safeguard digital assets.
Oversee comprehensive IT infrastructure management, including procurement, optimal software license utilization, and ensuring reliable, efficient end-user service.
Drive compliance and risk management for all IT applications, security, and infrastructure, ensuring alignment with business strategy and promoting continuous improvement.
Minimum Bachelors Degree in Computer Engineering.
Extensive professional experience of 15-18 years in IT, with at least 5-7 years in a Head ERP role within a mid-sized manufacturing company (preferably steel/aluminium wire products).
Proven expertise in ERP implementation, support, and driving utilization, alongside experience in building digitalization and automation programs.
Strong background in IT Infrastructure Operations, procurement management, and developing robust IT/Data Security policies and governance.
Demonstrated ability to build IT-Business alignment, manage complex IT operations, and lead teams with high integrity and effective problem-solving skills.
An MBA in Information Technology is a plus.
