Oversee the accurate and timely entry of all customer Purchase Orders (POs) into the ERP system, ensuring validation and alignment with sales agreements.

Facilitate the acquisition of detailed technical specifications from various stakeholders and ensure all financial prerequisites are met and approved before initiating production.

Act as the primary liaison with the plant and production teams, meticulously tracking order progress, proactively identifying bottlenecks, and providing real-time status updates to relevant teams.

Bachelor's degree in any discipline. An engineering or technical background (Mechanical, Industrial, or related) is highly preferred for better understanding of product specifications and production processes.

4-6 years of experience in sales operations, order fulfillment, or production coordination roles, preferably within the manufacturing or engineering product sectors.

Strong understanding and proven experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) for accurate order management.

Excellent communication, coordination, and cross-functional collaboration skills, coupled with meticulous attention to detail and strong analytical abilities.

Solid knowledge of sales order processes, basic supply chain operations, and a highly customer-oriented mindset with a strong sense of urgency.
